Start

How it works

  1. The order becomes a service you can watch

The paid order becomes a service in your panel with a status of its own, and every change to it is recorded on the service page. From that page you write to us whenever you need to — one conversation per service, not one per order, so there is no second chat to check.

  2. You hand over access, not passwords by email

The short intake form asked what the work needs while you were ordering, and its answers travel with the service. Credentials go into the panel's encrypted storage, never into an email thread, and the form itself never asks for one.

  3. Small requests start; larger ones wait for your word

Every request is estimated first, free. Estimated at two hours or less, it starts right away with a notification to you; above that it waits for you to approve the deduction. You can lower that threshold to zero and approve everything.

  4. Every hour is a line, and nothing renews by itself

Work is logged in quarter-hour steps, each entry tied to the request that caused it, with the remaining balance visible as a number. A subscription renews only under a payment mandate you granted — and can revoke — in the panel.

Balance

Illustration of the client panel — not a real account. Every deduction is a line, the balance is a number.

Included

What's included

Included development hours: 6, 12 or 20 per month

Spent only on your requests — fixes, content and design edits, small development, consultations. Time is tracked in whole quarter-hours and your remaining balance is always visible in the panel.

The plan's base never eats your hours

Updates, backups, monitoring and the monthly report are part of the plan itself. Your hours are yours.

Hours are reserved capacity for the month

Unused hours expire at the end of the period and do not roll over. That is the honest price of a guaranteed team slot — and you always see the balance before it happens.

Need more than your plan's hours?

Top up with an Hourly Support Pack in the panel. Pack hours are spent only after your included hours run out.

Not included

Full redesigns, features larger than 8 hours per task, paid plugin licences, hosting and bulk content production — these are quoted separately, before any work starts.

Promise

Our guarantees

  • A first-response time that is part of the plan

Each plan prints its first-response time in business time, right in the grid above — a commitment to answer, not a completion time. Paying in your client panel opens the service; the clock on that commitment starts on each request you file, against the working calendar frozen with it.

  • No renewal without your explicit mandate

Your plan renews only under a payment mandate you grant — and can revoke — in the panel. No silent charges.

  • Your paid time is protected

Cancel any time: the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. On annual billing, months that have not started are refunded in full (the annual discount is recalculated for the months you used).

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What happens right after I pay?

You answer the short intake form while ordering and hand over access through the panel’s encrypted storage rather than email; the paid order then opens the service on its own page, and you file your first request from there. Every request is estimated first, free; requests estimated at 2 hours or less start without waiting for your approval, and anything larger waits for you to approve the deduction. Hours are logged in quarter-hour steps, each with a line you can read.

My site isn’t on WordPress — can I still order?

Our launch focus is WordPress and WooCommerce, and that is what the scopes on this site are written against. Other platforms are served through the same services where the work fits, and through a Custom Offer where it does not — a written proposal within 2 business days of your brief.

Do plans renew automatically?

Only if you grant an explicit payment mandate at checkout. You can revoke it in the panel at any time; without a mandate nothing renews and nothing is charged.

What exactly do the included hours cover?

Your requests: bug fixes, content and design edits, small development tasks and consultations. On the Priority plan they also cover WooCommerce, membership and on-page SEO work. Routine plan work — updates, backups, monitoring, reports — never consumes your hours.

Do unused hours roll over to the next month?

No. Hours are reserved team capacity for the month and expire at the end of the period. Your remaining balance is always visible in the panel, so this never happens silently.

What if I need more hours in a busy month?

Buy an Hourly Support Pack in the panel. Pack hours are spent only after your included plan hours are used up, and unused pack hours are refundable within their 90-day window (minus one hour, per our refund policy).

What happens if I cancel?

The plan runs until the end of the paid period — you lose nothing you have paid for. With annual billing, any months that have not started are refunded in full; the annual discount then applies only to the months you actually used.

What is not included in a care plan?

Full redesigns, single features larger than 8 hours, paid plugin licences, hosting and large-volume content production. For those we prepare a separate quote in the panel before any work begins.

Extras

Add-ons

Add-on — attached to a running plan from your client panel.

WooCommerce Care

$240/month

Store-specific care on top of your plan: WooCommerce updates, checkout checks and a dedicated quota of store work.

Additional Website

$250/month

The same care plan applied to one more site, managed from the same panel.

Running a store? Add WooCommerce Care

WooCommerce Care sits on top of a care plan: checkout tested after every update round, payment gateway support, catalog and product-variation fixes, and store-down incidents treated as critical. It brings its own quota of store work — three hours a month — next to the development hours of the plan underneath it.

It is an add-on, not a plan of its own: you buy a care plan first, and the add-on is ordered separately in the panel after the plan. The two prices below are the two lines you will see on your order.
