About web-svc
web-svc is an engineering team that maintains, fixes, migrates and speeds up business websites — sold as fixed-scope services through a client panel, not as agency hours in a fog.
How it works
-
You order and pay in the panel
Every service has a published price and scope. Paying the order opens it in the panel — no negotiation calls required, no invoicing queue.
-
Intake collects what the work needs
A short questionnaire per service; access credentials go into the platform's encrypted vault, never into email threads.
-
Work runs with visible status
Requests, hour balances and progress live in your panel — you see what is happening without asking.
-
Acceptance, documents, done
Objective acceptance — a checklist, a measurement, a report. Invoices and documents are issued by the platform into the same panel.
Who we are
A team of engineers building one thing: productized website services — care plans with real development hours, monitoring with a published alert window, and fixed-price one-time work from emergency rescue to migrations. Each service has a written scope, printed limits and an objective acceptance criterion; whatever does not fit a service becomes a written custom quote, not a vague hourly engagement.
We are honest about being new here: you will find no client-logo wall, no '10,000 sites served' counter and no five-star widget on this site. Those blocks appear when — and only when — real clients and real reviews put them there. What we publish instead is checkable today: prices, limits, SLAs and guarantees, all in numbers.
web-svc is operated by Helicore FZ-LLC, a free-zone company registered with RAKEZ (licence no. 47037395), Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. That company is the party to every contract concluded here; its registered address is printed in the Terms of Service.
Why strict prepayment — and what you get for it
Every order is prepaid through the panel. That is not caution against you — it is what removes the two classic failure modes of web work: the provider who starts slow because the invoice can wait, and the client surprise-billed at month's end. Payment opens the order in the panel and issues your confirmation and tax invoice on the spot — no deposit to negotiate, no invoice to chase — and the price you saw is the price.
Prepayment is bounded by hard guarantees the other way: a one-time order refunds 100% before work starts; Emergency Fix is no-cure-no-pay; unused pack hours refund minus one hour within their 90-day window; and subscriptions never renew without an explicit payment mandate you can revoke in the panel at any time.
What we promise — and what we refuse to promise
Promised, in numbers: included development hours per plan, response SLAs in business time, published limits on every service, alert windows on monitoring, and the delivery windows our order book actually commits — each with its anchor printed.
Refused, on principle: 'unlimited' anything, guaranteed search rankings, invented deadlines for work whose clock starts with someone else's action, and testimonials we do not have. If a number is not in our books, it is not on this site — the site is generated from the same data the panel bills from, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Where you can buy from
We onboard clients in the UAE, the EU and worldwide through this site's checkout into the panel. Whether we can bill your market correctly is settled in the panel, before any payment is taken: a market we cannot bill is refused there, with the reason. This site sells nothing on a promise — it names no date we have not set, and asks for no address against one.
