Most US maintenance plans sell 'unlimited edits'. Read the small print and the edits turn out to be content tweaks: the market leaders' own FAQs exclude custom development — PHP, plugins, themes, building full pages — from those unlimited plans outright (checked Aug 22, 2026). Their unlimited ends where code begins.

Our care plans put the number on the table instead: 6, 12 or 20 hours of real development every month — fixes, content and design changes, small features, consultations — tracked in whole quarter-hours with the balance always visible in your panel. Routine plan work (updates, backups, monitoring, reports) never consumes your hours.

The response SLA is published in numbers too — per plan, in business time — because 'rapid response' without a number is a mood, not a commitment.

Running a WooCommerce store?

Stores get the WooCommerce Care add-on on top of a care plan: checkout tests after every update round, payment gateway support, and store-down incidents treated as critical. Dedicated US store-maintenance plans typically include about 2 request hours at their published prices (checked Aug 22, 2026) — a care plan plus the add-on carries 6 or more hours of real development next to the store-specific coverage.

Need hands without a subscription?

Hourly Support packs are prepaid developer hours with a 90-day window, a visible balance and unused hours refundable minus one. They stand alone for one-off work and top up any care plan when a busy month burns through the included hours.
