Start

How it works

  1. The order becomes a service you can watch

The paid order becomes a service in your panel with a status of its own, and every change to it is recorded on the service page. From that page you write to us whenever you need to — one conversation per service, not one per order, so there is no second chat to check.

  2. You hand over access, not passwords by email

The short intake form asked what the work needs while you were ordering, and its answers travel with the service. Credentials go into the panel's encrypted storage, never into an email thread, and the form itself never asks for one.

  3. Small requests start; larger ones wait for your word

Every request is estimated first, free. Estimated at two hours or less, it starts right away with a notification to you; above that it waits for you to approve the deduction. You can lower that threshold to zero and approve everything.

  4. Every hour is a line, and nothing renews by itself

Work is logged in quarter-hour steps, each entry tied to the request that caused it, with the remaining balance visible as a number. A subscription renews only under a payment mandate you granted — and can revoke — in the panel.

Illustration of the client panel — not a real account. Every deduction is a line, the balance is a number.

Included

What's included

Diagnosis first

We establish what actually happened — infection, broken update, hosting failure — before touching anything. The clock starts the moment you grant access; the start window above is printed from our order book, not from a marketing page.

Cleanup or restore

Malware removal from files and database, or restore from a clean backup when that is the safer route — plus reinfection checks after.

Attack vector closed

The hole that let the attacker in — outdated plugin, weak password, exposed endpoint — is identified and closed. Wiping symptoms without closing the door is not a fix.

Basic hardening + incident report

Passwords rotated, obvious weak points tightened, and a written report: cause, actions taken, and what we recommend changing.

Repeat protection: 30 days

If the site is hacked again through the same vector within 30 days, we fix it free.

Not included

Recovery without any backup where the data itself is lost is best-effort — we say so before starting, not after. Ongoing post-incident monitoring is a separate service (Site Monitoring or a Website Care plan).

Promise

Our guarantees

  • No-cure-no-pay

If we cannot restore your site, you get a 100% refund. That rule is in our refund policy, not just on this page.

  • A start window counted from access, not from payment

Paying in the panel opens the order and the access form. The start window is measured in business hours from the moment we get access — and once treatment starts, it does not stop at six o'clock.

  • Same vector within 30 days — we fix it free

If the same hole is used against you again within 30 days of our fix, the repeat cleanup costs nothing.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

My site is hacked right now. What should I do first?

Do not delete anything — evidence helps the cleanup. Change your hosting and admin passwords if you still can, then order the fix and grant us access through the panel. Diagnosis starts within the business-hours window shown above, counted from the moment we can get in.

What if you can't fix it?

Then you pay nothing: no-cure-no-pay means a 100% refund if we cannot restore the site. We can afford this rule because with access and any usable backup, the overwhelming majority of sites do come back.

What do you need from me?

Hosting access (control panel or SFTP) and WordPress admin access if it still works. Access credentials go into the platform's encrypted vault — not into email threads. The start window is counted from the moment access is granted, because that is the moment we can actually begin.

Do you work nights and weekends?

The start window is measured in business hours — that is what the guarantee covers, and we would rather publish an honest window than an around-the-clock promise we sometimes could not keep. Once work has started, it continues until the site is back; started treatment is not paused for the evening.

I have no backup. Can you still help?

Usually yes — most infections are cleanable in place. The honest exception: if data has been destroyed and no backup exists anywhere (hosting snapshots included), recovery of that data is best-effort, and we tell you exactly that during diagnosis, before the work burns your money.

Will it just get hacked again?

If it is the same vector within 30 days — we fix it free, so the risk of a sloppy cleanup is on us, not on you. Beyond that, the incident report tells you what to change; Security Hardening closes the common doors systematically, and a Website Care plan keeps everything updated so the doors stay closed.

Why does the price not depend on how bad the hack is?

A fixed price is the point: when your site is down you need a number, not an open-ended hourly meter. The scope covers the full rescue; the rare case that genuinely exceeds it (for example a multi-site network compromise) gets a written quote before any work starts.
