The order becomes a service you can watch
The paid order becomes a service in your panel with a status of its own, and every change to it is recorded on the service page. From that page you write to us whenever you need to — one conversation per service, not one per order, so there is no second chat to check.

You hand over access, not passwords by email
The short intake form asked what the work needs while you were ordering, and its answers travel with the service. Credentials go into the panel's encrypted storage, never into an email thread, and the form itself never asks for one.

Small requests start; larger ones wait for your word
Every request is estimated first, free. Estimated at two hours or less, it starts right away with a notification to you; above that it waits for you to approve the deduction. You can lower that threshold to zero and approve everything.

Every hour is a line, and nothing renews by itself
Work is logged in quarter-hour steps, each entry tied to the request that caused it, with the remaining balance visible as a number. A subscription renews only under a payment mandate you granted — and can revoke — in the panel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No — and we put that in writing on purpose. Rankings depend on competitors, algorithms and your market; no honest provider controls them. What we guarantee is the work itself: the tracked query set, the optimized pages and the monitoring, all with limits printed in numbers, all reported monthly.
How fast will I see results?
We do not publish a timeline, because we would be inventing it — SEO results depend on your starting point, market and competition. The monthly report shows positions and traffic honestly from month one, so you judge progress on data, not on our adjectives.
Should I start with the Technical SEO Audit instead?
Usually yes. The audit gives you the full prioritized picture for a fixed price, and its fix plan becomes the retainer's first months of work. That order — audit first, retainer second — is what we recommend at intake.
What counts as an optimized page?
One URL taken through the on-page checklist: title, meta description, heading structure, internal links, structured data and content structure recommendations. The monthly report lists each page and what changed on it.
Can my Website Care hours cover SEO tasks instead?
On the Website Care Priority plan, on-page SEO tasks can be done within your included development hours. SEO Care is the right choice when you want a dedicated query set, systematic monitoring and reporting — not occasional tasks.
Do you write the content too?
No — content production is excluded on every plan. Business and Priority plans tell you exactly what to write (plan and briefs); the writing itself is yours or your copywriter's, or a separately quoted Custom Offer.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your site's admin, Google Search Console and analytics, plus the intake questionnaire in the panel. The work needs all three before it can begin.
