The order becomes a service you can watch
The paid order becomes a service in your panel with a status of its own, and every change to it is recorded on the service page. From that page you write to us whenever you need to — one conversation per service, not one per order, so there is no second chat to check.

You hand over access, not passwords by email
The short intake form asked what the work needs while you were ordering, and its answers travel with the service. Credentials go into the panel's encrypted storage, never into an email thread, and the form itself never asks for one.

Small requests start; larger ones wait for your word
Every request is estimated first, free. Estimated at two hours or less, it starts right away with a notification to you; above that it waits for you to approve the deduction. You can lower that threshold to zero and approve everything.

Every hour is a line, and nothing renews by itself
Work is logged in quarter-hour steps, each entry tied to the request that caused it, with the remaining balance visible as a number. A subscription renews only under a payment mandate you granted — and can revoke — in the panel.

Which tier do I need?
Standard covers the common case: one site up to 5 GB, staying on its domain. Complex exists for the moves that carry real risk — multisite, over 5 GB, a domain change that must keep your SEO, or a WooCommerce store taking live orders during the move. Unsure? The intake form settles it before you pay, not after.
Will my site be down during the migration?
The transfer itself happens with your site fully up — we copy, we do not drag. The only gap is the DNS switch, planned for minimal downtime; typically it is under 15 minutes.
Will I lose Google rankings if I change domains?
A domain change without redirect discipline usually does cost rankings — which is why the Complex tier exists: page-level redirects preserved and verified as part of the checklist. Rankings are never guaranteed by anyone honest, but the technical causes of migration losses are exactly what the checklist closes.
What about my email?
Mail flow is on the verification checklist: after the switch we confirm that mail still sends and arrives. Moving mailboxes themselves is a separate job — quoted before we start, never billed as a surprise.
My store takes orders around the clock — how do you avoid losing them?
That is the WooCommerce case of the Complex tier: the move is sequenced to protect orders placed during the transition, and checkout is verified before and after the DNS switch.
What do you need from me?
Access to the old hosting, the new hosting, and the domain's DNS — all through the platform's encrypted vault. You buy the new hosting yourself and stay its owner; if you want advice picking it, that is a written recommendation, not a commission-driven push.
