Hourly packs: unused hours are refundable Every pack is valid for 90 days. Within that window, unused hours are refunded at the pack's rate minus one hour. After 90 days, remaining hours expire — the balance is always visible in your panel, so this never happens silently.
No renewal without your explicit mandate Subscriptions renew only under a payment mandate you grant — and can revoke — in the panel. No mandate, no charge: the plan simply ends with the period you paid for.
Cancel any time — your paid time keeps working A cancelled plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. On annual billing, months that have not started are refunded in full; the annual discount is then recalculated for the months you actually used.
