- Payment opens the order as a service in your client panel — nothing to negotiate, nobody to chase. Where our order book commits a delivery window, the service card prints it together with the moment it is counted from; where it commits none, we print nothing rather than invent a date.
- One-time services: 100% refund before work starts
- Any one-time order can be cancelled for a full refund, no questions asked, at any point before we start the work. Once work has started, the refund is pro-rata for the unused part; we keep at least one hour at the smallest hour-pack rate.
- Emergency Fix: no cure, no pay
- If we cannot restore your site, you get 100% of the Emergency Fix price back.
- Hourly packs: unused hours are refundable
- Every pack is valid for 90 days. Within that window, unused hours are refunded at the pack's rate minus one hour. After 90 days, remaining hours expire — the balance is always visible in your panel, so this never happens silently.
- No renewal without your explicit mandate
- Subscriptions renew only under a payment mandate you grant — and can revoke — in the panel. No mandate, no charge: the plan simply ends with the period you paid for.
- Cancel any time — your paid time keeps working
- A cancelled plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. On annual billing, months that have not started are refunded in full; the annual discount is then recalculated for the months you actually used.
