How it works
-
The order becomes a service you can watch
The paid order becomes a service in your panel with a status of its own, and every change to it is recorded on the service page. From that page you write to us whenever you need to — one conversation per service, not one per order, so there is no second chat to check.
-
You hand over access, not passwords by email
The short intake form asked what the work needs while you were ordering, and its answers travel with the service. Credentials go into the panel's encrypted storage, never into an email thread, and the form itself never asks for one.
-
Small requests start; larger ones wait for your word
Every request is estimated first, free. Estimated at two hours or less, it starts right away with a notification to you; above that it waits for you to approve the deduction. You can lower that threshold to zero and approve everything.
-
Every hour is a line, and nothing renews by itself
Work is logged in quarter-hour steps, each entry tied to the request that caused it, with the remaining balance visible as a number. A subscription renews only under a payment mandate you granted — and can revoke — in the panel.
Illustration of the client panel — not a real account. Every deduction is a line, the balance is a number.
Included
What's included
Uptime monitoring, 1-minute interval
Your site is checked every minute, 24/7, from three regions — EU, US and the Middle East. Downtime alerts reach your email within 15 minutes of detection.
SSL and domain expiry control
We watch certificate and domain registration dates and alert you well before either expires.
Weekly malware scan
A scheduled scan every week; anything suspicious is flagged in your report — and if something is actively wrong, we tell you what kind of help it needs.
Monthly health report, written by an engineer
Uptime numbers, incidents, CMS and plugin versions, risks we noticed. A person compiles and signs it — this is the part no bare SaaS pinger sells.
Honest v1 limit: no live dashboard
The panel shows what is under watch and delivers monthly reports; uptime numbers arrive in the report rather than as live graphs. We say this here so you are not surprised after paying.
Not included
Hands-on work — updates, backups, fixes — is not part of monitoring. When something needs fixing, that is an Hourly Support Pack, an Emergency Fix, or a Website Care plan; monitoring is the tripwire, not the repair crew.
Promise
Our guarantees
-
Alerts within 15 minutes of detection
That is the one window Site Monitoring commits to, and it is counted from the moment downtime is detected. Paying in the panel opens the service; configuration follows from what you set on this page.
-
No renewal without your explicit mandate
The plan renews only under a payment mandate you grant — and can revoke — in the panel.
-
Cancel any time
Monitoring keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Cheap SaaS pingers exist — why pay more for this?
Self-service uptime tools are good at pinging, and if a robot alert at 3am is all you need, they are the right buy. What they do not include is the monthly health report an engineer writes — uptime, incidents, CMS and plugin versions, risks noticed — or a published alert SLA: you hear about detected downtime within 15 minutes. Repairs are a separate purchase, and we print that instead of implying a standby shift.
If my site goes down, do you fix it?
Monitoring detects and alerts — fixing is honestly a separate thing, and we print that instead of hiding it. When something breaks, the same team is one click away in the panel: an Emergency Fix for a down or hacked site, an Hourly Support Pack for smaller repairs, or a Website Care plan if you want repairs included monthly.
How fast will I know about downtime?
Checks run every minute; our published SLA is an alert to your email within 15 minutes of the downtime being detected. With the SMS add-on the same alert also reaches up to 3 phone numbers.
Will I get a live uptime dashboard?
Not in the current version, and we would rather tell you than let you assume. The panel shows what is under watch; the numbers arrive in your monthly engineer-written report.
Is this a security service?
Partially: it watches — weekly malware scans, SSL and domain expiry. It does not harden or clean. For prevention there is Security Hardening; for an active infection, Emergency Fix.
When does a monitoring plan make sense versus a care plan?
Monitoring is the entry step: you want to know when something is wrong. A Website Care plan is the next step up — it includes the watching plus updates, backups and real development hours for fixes. Many clients start here and upgrade once the first incident makes the difference obvious.
